The New Home Company has a new president in the newly created role for the Aliso Viejo-based developer.

Leonard S. Miller, the company’s chief operating officer since March 2017, will fill a dual role as president and COO, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. He’ll report to New Home’s Chief Executive Larry Webb, who is also chairman of the board.

“This new position reflects our confidence in Leonard’s abilities both as a leader and operator and will go a long way towards helping the company achieve its goals,” said Webb in a statement.

Miller previously worked at Richmond American Homes where he was responsible for several markets in the Western United States.
