All New Roads Lead to Russell Ranch Living!
 

Russell Ranch is pleased to share a sneak peak of the master planned community’s incredible on-site construction progress in Folsom:

• Landscaping has been completed in a few of the common areas and other spots are underway, creating the perfect setting for parks & playgrounds to bring neighbors closer.
• The slab has been poured for “The Russell House” – a central gathering place for the community featuring a Clubhouse, Outdoor Bar, Kitchen & much more. 
• Preparation has begun on the Pool, Spa & BBQ spaces at The Russell House and will open as the community’s main activity hub!
• The framework is standing for the first set of traditional, single-family homes – stay tuned for the announcement of the official builders and neighborhood details.
